The Details
Securing Your Date
If your date is available, we'll draft your Bridal Agreement and send it via email. We require a deposit (or full payment) with your agreement and in some cases we can set up a payment plan depending on how far out your event is. For your convenience, your agreement must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the date of your event.

Your deposit and auto pay schedule will vary based on how far in advance you book. Autopays are typically processed every 30 days.
If your event is less than 60 days from the date of your agreement, we won’t be able to offer an installment plan.
We require a Bridal Agreement with your reservation. It will spell out all of the terms of your reservation.
Prices do not include gratuity. A 20% gratuity is required with all groups.
Please remember, we cannot secure your event without a signed agreement and payment. Submitting an inquiry does not secure your reservation.
